How do I place an order?

You can place an order directly through our website by selecting items, adding them to your cart, and completing checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit card and cash on delivery.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

No modification is possible after payment via credit/debit card, however for purchases made via cash on delivery you can contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

Minimum Order Value

We do not charge our customers for delivery; however, we have implemented a minimum order value of 200.00 AED which will help us to facilitate and deliver your products on time.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping option selected. Fresh and frozen items typically arrive the very next day after the order has been confirmed.

How is my order kept fresh during delivery?

All frozen and fresh items are shipped in temperature-controlled vehicles to maintain quality and freshness.

What areas do you deliver to?

We currently only deliver to Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman.

How do you ensure the freshness of your products?

Our fresh items are carefully selected and packed the same day they’re shipped. We use temperature-controlled stores and vehicles to maintain the product at the range of +1 to +5 degrees.

Do you offer bulk ordering?

Yes, we offer bulk ordering for specific products. Please contact our customer service team for bulk order details.

Non-standard products information :

We offer products which do not come in a fixed standard weight as such we have implemented a coupon system to support the customers when they pay in excess compared to the original amount. If the correct amount is lesser than what the customer has paid, we will provide the customer with a coupon to be used for their future order and incase the correct amount is more than what the customer has paid, then the customer is liable to pay the remaining balance upon delivery.

How should I store my items?

Fresh items should be refrigerated upon arrival, while frozen items should be stored in the freezer.

What should I do if my order arrives thawed?

Our frozen products are maintained at -18 degrees during storage and delivery, but if an item arrives thawed, please reach out to our support team with photos immediately after receiving the product.
