You agree to pay the full price for all products purchased from the website. Timely payment of invoices is your responsibility.
Customers may raise quality concerns within 48 hours of receiving any frozen product. If a product is found to be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned with proper temperature maintenance (-18 degrees). Upon product return, a refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
Complaints received after 48 hours will not be entertained. If the product is not deemed to be maintained at the correct temperature (-18 degrees) or if any breakage is observed then no refunds will be entertained.
Fresh Products are not eligible for any refunds after the point of delivery.
